The project concerns the construction of 5 “Mediterranean” style. A cottage  in the fantastic Sabina area; just 40 minutes from the center of Rome. Each villa is about 100 square meters. A large external staircase connects the large terrace floor with the garden, so as to be able to exploit the entire plot of land. It is a single floor where we find a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the garden there is a place also for a possible swimming pool.
