Urla 2022

As Vil Yapi & Encore, we are excited to announce our first project in Kuscular, Urla area which will consist of 10 earth friendly villas.

Known as "Klazomenai" in 2000 BC, Urla is one of the most important and deep-rooted settlements in the region. We continue to bring green buildings together with high-level living standards in this area. Construction was started in early 2022 and will be planned to deliver by the end of 2022.
